1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Tire Point Automotive (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 920 Agnes Street, New Westminster, BC V3M 1H6, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Tire Point Automotive provides tire sales and installation, vehicle inspections, brake repair, oil changes, engine diagnostics, transmission service, suspension and steering repair, exhaust system repair, and general vehicle maintenance. All services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with British Columbia provincial standards.

3. Estimates and Authorization

We provide written or verbal estimates before beginning any repair. Work will not proceed without your authorization. If additional repairs are discovered during service, we will contact you for approval before performing the work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty

Parts and labour warranties vary by service type and are communicated at the time of repair. Warranty claims must be made in person at our New Westminster location. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Vehicle Inspections

Vehicle inspections (Out of Province, Commercial, Uber/Taxi, JDM) are conducted per BC Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement (CVSE) standards. Inspection results reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of examination. We are not responsible for issues that develop after the inspection date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tire Point Automotive’s liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Unclaimed Vehicles

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after service completion without communication may be subject to storage fees or disposal in accordance with applicable BC legislation.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA and BC PIPA).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
