Vehicle Inspection in New Westminster

British Columbia requires a provincial safety inspection before you can register an out-of-province vehicle, start driving for Uber or Lyft, operate a commercial fleet vehicle, or register a Japanese domestic-market import. Each assessment follows the Vehicle Inspection Manual published by the BC Ministry of Transportation. We review the complete braking system, steering linkages, suspension travel and bushings, all exterior and interior lighting, tailpipe emissions readings, frame and chassis integrity, glass condition, and seat-belt function. If a component does not pass, we show you the failed part on the hoist, explain the repair, and quote a firm price before any work starts. Most corrections — a worn tie-rod end, a leaking brake hose, a cracked headlamp lens — can be completed the same visit. Once repaired, we re-test the vehicle against the certificate standard so you leave with the signed pass document in hand.
